Aspire is looking to enhance the Insight system to better support the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) staff within the system to improve their user experience, efficiency, and data transparency for a better all-around relationship with the state’s licensing agency.
Insight will be enhanced in the following ways to better support OCFS Licensors and their program oversight responsibilities.

New functionality to manage users with the “OCFS Staff” role so they can be assigned to region(s)

New search page for users with the “OCFS Staff”

New interactive map for OCFS Staff to visualize programs with an “Active” org status and a OCFS license
