Michigan requested to separate the Trainer membership from the individual membership. When a trainer submits their trainer membership it should be calculated completely separately from their Registry membership.
Michigan would like to enhance their trainer requirements experience to more clearly define Trainer Requirements for new and renewing trainer memberships.
Michigan will have their Infant CLASS tool updated within the Assessment module so the data assessors provide aligns with the paper version.
MACQS is currently exporting membership, training, and education data from an API New World Now built for them. They would like to add a "Recently Updated" parameter to their MACQS API to reduce daily review of this exported data from 50,000 records to 20-30. Their primary goal is to perform full data load initially, followed by daily batch updates to retrieve new and modified records based on the new 'lastUpdated' parameter. Through conversation they are also looking to update the service name in the API URL and add validation to the License UI input field.
Montana requested a change to the training hour requirements for 'School-Age program' staff to only need 8 hours of annual training for their renewal. Additionally, they requested to duplicate the Training Hours Requirements individual profile report to create a School-Age version.
Montana would like to change the training hours calculation found on the v7 user’s individual profile dashboard, which is currently calculating the hours based on a calendar year. The new calculation should be the sum of training hours taken starting from the individual’s last individual membership finalize date through today’s date.
North Dakota would like to create six additional incentives tied to the completion of specific trainings. These incentives would mirror the current model used for ePyramid and Aim4Excellence training completion incentives.
Michigan will be transitioning to the improved v7 framework for the Assessment module. This transition includes all existing scoring tools in use and recently ended for historical accessibility, and as well as general enhancements to the module as part of the upgrade.
As part of the transition, we will also be adding in the CLASS 2nd Edition and CLASS Environment tool for Pre-K to the assessment module and corresponding coaching and summary reports for the new tools.
Missouri is currently tracking assessments in a different system and they would like it to be part of the Insight system. To do this they would need to future date the assessment so their assessors know the due dates of assessments so the assessors can plan their assessment schedule.
In addition, Missouri would also like there to be a way to assign a second assessor to an assessment when there is a reliability visit.
Michigan would like our password requirements to be shown as met in real time when someone is resetting their password.
OK Scholars requested the addition of a course history view on the scholarship’s details page so that Scholarship Coordinators, Scholarship Admins, and scholars can view an individual’s full list of courses added to scholarships. This will help them save time by verifying previous courses taken that the scholarship may not be approved to pay for. We will add a course history view to the scholarship details page that will be grouped by scholarship contract period.
Pennsylvania has a need to manage the dates for both current and inactive designations. There are times when Auto-STAR 1 designations are given to programs in error due to gaps in the rating dates, so they need to be able to prevent that from happening. They also need a way to manage an upcoming designation, as well as see the history of suspensions, revocations, and reinstatement's of ratings.
