Trainer Verified Course Level

Michigan requested the following:

• Allow Membership processing staff to add a Verified Course Level to a Trainer Membership.
• Display Verified Course Level on the Individual Profile.
• Add logic to prevent a trainer from being added to a course, if they do not qualify to teach that course based on their verified course level.

MI QRIS Application Enhancement

Michigan requested an additional question to the Application for Validation and On-Site Observation in the Validation Preparation Questions section.

MN QRIS Electronic Participation Agreement

Minnesota requested the Electronic Participation Agreement be enabled and configured to allow a program to agree to an electronic provider agreement for Parent Aware through the various Parent Aware workflows .

Facility Staff Report & Professional Development Record for FSS/FSSA

Montana requested a configuration enhancement to enable a special kind of Professional Development entry specific to Family Support Specialists (aka “EI Training Entry”). This new PD will be collected on the existing Training page of the individual profile. A user must have at least applied for a Family Support Specialist membership to have the ability to add Family Support PD. This section will not display for users without this membership.

Technical Assistance Professional (TAP) Levels Expansion

Wisconsin requested an enhancement to expand the Technical Assistance Professional application to include two new levels. The WI registry also wants to allow applicants of the Trainer and TA professional memberships to signify their willingness to become a mentor.

Add Event to Calendar Feature

Michigan requested the ability to allow registrants to add a training event to their calendar after they register for the event.

Updating Online Registration Features for Conferences

Michigan requested an enhancement to the conference registration process to collect and require the same information from registrants as they currently do for events.

View Current and Past Classrooms in Organization Profile

New York requested enhancements that would allow users to see both current and past classrooms in the Classrooms tab of their Organization Profile

Classroom Entry UI/UX Refactor

South Carolina requested enhancements made to their classroom entry to help streamline the process and no longer require unnecessary data collection.

Training Event Diversity/Inclusion Enhancement

For clients who integrate with Insight E-Learning, user who register for E-Learning courses will be able to launch E-Learning classrooms from the upcoming training block on their V7 Individual profile.
