Montana currently has a rule that prevents an individual from renewing their membership unless they have completed 16 hours of training in the 12 months prior to their renewal. For first time renewals, they would like to change that requirement to provide these individuals with a longer time frame, 18 months, to give them a greater opportunity to take the required training needed for a renewal. Subsequent renewals would maintain the 12 month window for those 16 hours of required training.
In addition to the original project, Montana wants to require zero hours of annual training for substitutes so they can be placed on the career pathway without being held to this requirement.
Pennsylvania requested changes to the auto renewal logic to prevent individuals from being auto renewed when have earned last their career pathway due to having a verified “Currently Enrolled” or “Teaching Certificate” education record.
Michigan requested a new/additional comment box in the Self-Reflection when the Self-Reflection is in In Validation and in In Validation Review named Validation Coach Comments.
South Carolina requested the ability allowing QRIS & CQI Administrators & TAPs to see an organization's' Quality Dashboard to provide customer support.
