Michigan Registry Machine Learning Translation

Insight will translate roughly the whole of the Michigan Registry applicaiton using Azures Cognitive Services API.

Learning Paths

The Montana Early Child Project would like Insight to prevent people from registering for any training that requires registrants to have taken a prerequisite training.

To address this problem, New World will create a new feature called a Learning Path. Training providers will use Learning Paths to define a series of training and its steps. For each step, the training provider will indicate what courses in Insight meet the requirement for that step. When individuals attempt to register for a training that is on a learning path, Insight will require the individual to have taken the prerequisite training for that course as defined by the Learning Path.

PDO Module

Enable Program Profile Review in South Carolina

South Carolina requested the Program Review feature be enabled and configured to fit their need and work flow.

TA Event Email Enhancement

South Carolina requested the Message Roster feature be added to TA Events, just as it exists on Training Events. In addition, it will be enhanced to include the ability to CC the Licensing Specialists assigned to the recipient organizations.

Minnesota DHS has requested New World establish API endpoints for Child Care Licensing and Child Care Assistance Program as a part of their modernization project.

Michigan QRIS Application Revisions

Michigan requested a new mobile/text contact field added to the Org Info tab, which will be collected during the application phase, a preferred contact time question, and a preferred contact button in the Validation preparation section.

Inclusion Designation Expiration Date Column to CQI Admin Search Results

Pennsylvania requested the inclusion of designation levels and expiration dates on the CQI Case Management program search.

South Carolina Stipend Enhancment

South Carolina requested an enhancment to their Stipend module which would prevent individuals from applying for their SMart Money bonus if they do not meet the set employment criteria.
