Michigan QRIS March Release

Michigan QRIS is receiving the following updates as part of this release:

• Enhancements to the Employees section of the QRIS Rating application.
  If the program selects ‘no’ for specific questions it stops them from submitting the application and alerts them to make the changes.
• New Rating Case Status
  A new status that allows an Organization to submit their Self-Reflection (the first time) then remain in Reflecting on Quality while the Organization creates a new goal that also has a current staff member assigned to it with an assigned due date.
• Indicator Updates
  Indicator Revisions, Smart Label Changes, and bug resolutions.

GSRP Enhancements

Michigan requested the ability to pull a staff report for all teachers assigned to GSRP classrooms. New functionality will be created to allow Organization users the ability collect data about their GSRP staff.

Minnesota Grant Enhancements

Minnesota requested several updates to the grant module configuration including:

• Optional Document Uploads
  Changing required document uploads to optional for material and professional development submissions
• Extend Window for Expenditure Editing
  allow changes to be made to expenditures until the grant reaches “Under Review” status.
• Dashboard Update
  Allow for Grant Administrators to view expenses pending verification.

Allow for Stipend Descriptions in Application

Oklahoma requested an update to show descriptions to applicants for each stipend type in the stipend application, so that applicants understand the training requirement for each stipend.

SECC Scholarship Phase 2 - Coordinator Enhancements and Course Entry

Phase 2 development needed to:

• Add the ability for the Scholarship Coordinator to enter for-credit courses, manage course attendance status, and enter course grades.
• Allow for Scholarship Coordinators to be assigned to particular scholarship types and schools.

South Carolina Business Start Up Grant

Needed configurations and enhancements to grant module to support South Carolina's Business Start Up Grant.

V6 QRIS Administrative Program List Observation Status Filter

South Carolina QRIS requested the inclusion of a new Observation status filter within the V6 QRIS Administrative and Coaching view.

Display Training Events and TA Events on QRIS Case Details

South Carolina QRIS requested the inclusion of all TA and Training events related to a case, be displayed within the Case Details.

Display Licensing Specialist on Organization Profile

South Carolina would like to display the name and contact info for the Licensing Specialist who is assigned to a regulated child care facility.

Calculate Percent of Children with Disabilities

South Carolina needs to report on how many children with developmental delays, disabilities, and/or chronic health conditions are being served in SC child care facilities - and in which ones. The current functionality that asks about high needs children, will be expanded to account for this new data collection.

Prevent Licensed Organizations From Changing Their Address

South Carolina requested new functionality preventing organizations regulated by the state from changing their address within SC Endeavors.
