Core Knowledge Area Sub-Area Enhancement

Pennsylvania requested to transition from Core Knowledge Areas in the system to Professional Standard Areas. This will include more detailed sub-areas as well as more detailed learning objectives that will help PA better assess what standards are being applied to courses and events and help provide hours that can be used by higher education entities.

Conference Session Review & Approval Process

SC Endeavors requested enhancements to Conference review so that registry staff can review each conference session individually: approving, denying it, or asking the organizer to make changes.

Individual Profile Data Tracking Enhancement

Wisconsin requested more transparency as to when employment and training data are updated within the Insight system.
The following changes were implemented:

• Audit every change to employment
• Show employment record creation date, who created the record, last update date, and who last updated the record on screen
• Show training verification date on the training list in the individual profile

Require Language in Event Entry

Minnesota requested an update allowing them to require trainers and training organizations creating events, to select a language for the event.
